Planning contract

Plan first, then build.

For craft projects – built-in fireplace, masonry heater, tiled stove or made-to-measure fireplace – we work with a planning contract. That way, before the first brick is laid, it is clear what will be built, what it will look like and what it will cost.

  1. 01On-site measurementWe measure the room, walls and chimney at your home and take note of your wishes.
  2. 02Clarify the technical detailsWe check the chimney, structural load, combustion air and fire protection in advance – together with your district chimney sweep if necessary.
  3. 03CAD planningYou receive a floor plan, elevations and a section of your fireplace as a scale drawing.
  4. 04Material & finishTogether we choose the heating insert, cladding, plaster, ceramics or natural stone.
  5. 05Binding quoteThe result is a quote that matches your planning exactly.

Inspection & safety

An inspection is required every 1 to 3 or 5 years, depending on the product. Professional maintenance ensures optimal burning and reliable operation. At the same time, wear is minimised and emissions are reduced in the long term.

What is checked

  • Condition and cleanliness of the flue gas passages
  • Firebox, viewing glass and seals
  • Air routing, controls and control technology
  • Overall function and operational safety

Stove optimisation

Are you unhappy with blackened stove glass, wood that burns too quickly or condensation damage (sooting) in the chimney? We will gladly advise you individually and help find the cause. On request, we can also carry out a chargeable inspection including calculation, measurement and analysis of the relevant values to set up your stove optimally.

Maintenance is carried out by our experienced subsidiary 369 Vision Werk GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to one-off servicing, we also offer individual maintenance contracts – for maximum planning security and long-term preservation of the value of your system.

Fast and reliable.

After years of intensive use, wear or a crack in the viewing glass can occur. No problem: through us you can obtain all common spare and wear parts for many manufacturers – even if:

  • your stove was not bought from us
  • it is an older model
  • the manufacturer is not part of our active range
