Which spare parts we supply
Ceramic-glass viewing glass, door and glass seals, firebrick and vermiculite bricks, grates, ash pans, handles, combustion chamber linings and control components – for wood-burning stoves, fireplace inserts and pellet stoves from many manufacturers. Also for older models and for stoves not bought from us.
How it works
- Read the manufacturer and model from the rating plate – it is usually on the back, under the ash pan or on the inside of the door.
- Fill in the form and upload photos of the rating plate and the defective part.
- We check availability and price with the manufacturer and get back to you.
If you wish, our service team will also carry out the installation – in the Gifhorn, Wolfsburg and Braunschweig area.
Gut zu wissen
A cracked viewing glass may only be replaced with suitable ceramic glass, not ordinary glass. Hard, flattened door seals let unwanted air into the combustion chamber – the wood then burns too quickly and the glass soots up. We replace both as part of the annual servicing.
